After visiting the colorful and vibrant Phou Si Market with an expert chef and collecting fresh herbs from an exotic jungle garden, tourist will take part in a Cooking Class where the chef will explain the difference between the various cuisines of Southeast Asia. Luang Prabang - Silk Dyeing Class

By visiting the Traditional Arts and Ethnology Center, you will have an insight into daily lives of the ethnic minorities in Northern Laos. Continuously, tourists trip to a weaving center and spend a half-day learning how to make hand-dyed silk scarf. After the lesson, you can watch the sun set over the Mekong while having a drink. Luang Prabang - Cycling and Trekking - Ban Long Lao

Today, tourists will cycle to Ban Thin Som and then trek through the stunning countryside to visit a Kamu village. After lunch, tourists will enjoy hiking through the mountains for spectacular views. In the evening, you can enjoy a traditional Hmong dance and dinner at the head man’s house. Overnight at the house.

Luang Prabang - Waterfall Trek

After having breakfast in the headman’s house and exploring the village, we begin trekking through a valley and hike for approximately three hours before arriving at Kuang Si Waterfalls. Here tourists have a chance to sightsee a clear blue- green tint water due to the high mineral content. After lunch, you have a visit to the nearby bear rescue center and drive back to Luang Prabang in the late afternoon. Dinner on your own. Overnight at the hotel.
